Hazid Technologies is looking for keen Software Engineers to join our development team delivering market leading solutions based on our cutting-edge software technologies to international engineering customers.
Roles are available at both Nottingham and Dunfermline Offices
This is a varied, challenging role involving all aspects of the software development lifecycle involving;
Undertaking software development, translating requirements from both customers and team members into robust solutions
Investigating and resolving faults identified within existing software
Supporting the quality assurance and testing phases of delivery
We have an open, inclusive development style and you will be involved throughout the development from use cases to implementation. You will work closely with the Technology and Applications departments within a software development team reporting to the Development Team Leader. Your daily responsibilities will involve interaction with colleagues across the wider business.
Skills and experience
Competency of MS Visual Studio environment
Competency in C# and the dot Net platform
Experience of RDBMS applications in particular Oracle, MSSQL
Experience of C++ useful
Experience of source control systems such as TFS and Git useful
Experience of object orientated design philosophies
Ability in problem-solving
Ability to document work in a clear and concise manner
Adaptability to varied languages and technology platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team within strict deadlines
