Integrity Framework holds data from different sources (e.g. P&IDs and Line Lists) separately when it is imported. Unique and comprehensive checking facilities enable inconsistencies to be highlighted, whether across different document types or throughout, say P&IDs. Where data values are different, engineers can designate which is the correct  system and push it back to other datasets. Tag numbering and symbols can be standardised. If an engineering contractor is responsible for making changes, sets of actions can automatically be generated for their attention.

When data is made consistent, the different types are merged to a unified set. Correct data can be pushed back to the authoring system by authorised engineers while ensuring a single source of truth for your process and safety critical data is maintained.

Information and schematics are accessed through Integrity Framework projects. These can mimic your plant breakdown structure or any other structure that makes sense to your project or operational team.

Projects are accessed through a competency based permission structure which has both horizontal (Department) and vertical (Engineer) access control for view, read , edit and write giving you unprecedented control over your engineering information.

Integrity Framework makes it easy to find and filter data

  • Filter across the full engineering project

  • filter for items by selecting directly off any schematic

  • Filter for any specific properties/fluid/equipment

  • Or multiples of each

  • Save filters for common searches

  • filter for all equipment or plant items failing rules

  • Highlight returned results directly on documents and schematics

  • Configure dashboards to filter quickly                            to the information you need

  • Find all associated items, documents,                schematics and data from one tag.

  • Etc.

You can add or modify data though Integrity Framework's Excel like interface

  • Quickly edit single values or change multiple values simultaneously

  • Access to add/modify or delete data is fully accessed controlled

  • Linked directly to project

        standards such as Design

        Max P/T from Pipe

        schedules or to approved

        lists of information.

  • Use rules to verify any data

as it is changed to prevent

        errors and inconsistencies

  • Create automatic data update rules

based on the connectivity of your plant

Integrity Framework supports both mark-up and redline

  • Symbols can be added ad hoc to drawings and documents

  • Display sets can be specified based on data, and displayed with associated comments.

Redlines can be approved and automatically pushed back to your plant design software

  • Corrected data can be pushed back to your authoring tools (e.g. SmartPlant P&ID or AutoCAD

  • SmartPlant P&ID can be opened directly from EI to conduct any graphical changes flagged by rules.

  • Complete user control over who can update

  • All updated data can be verified with quality rules before pushback.

  • Can push back to multiple sources at once if equipment exists in more than one database.

Integrity Framework stores all pertinent information and schematics from multiple sources. Any mix of authoring  tools can be imported into the Integrity Framework to create a unified view of your entire plant or project.

Engineering and Process Safety Integrity outputs further enrich this information creating a comprehensive single source of truth fro you process and safety critical data.
